We read everything that arrives at the addresses below. We do not always reply within a day, but editorial corrections get priority.

Editorial and corrections

editors@testedglow.com

If you believe something we published is factually wrong, tell us what and where. We correct errors and note the correction on the article. We do not remove accurate reporting because a brand disagrees with it.

General enquiries

For questions about the site, permissions to reproduce material, or anything that does not fit the categories above.

Brands and PR

We accept product samples and press information, and we will tell you if we write about something. We do not guarantee coverage, we do not accept payment for coverage, and we do not allow brands to review articles before publication.

If you send a sample, understand that we may test it, may not test it, and may conclude that it is not worth writing about. That is the arrangement.

What we cannot help with

• Order issues, returns or shipping for products bought from a retailer — contact the retailer
• Medical or dermatological advice for a specific condition — see a clinician
• Requests to remove criticism of a product
